DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
| Day Sailing Trip | Credit card number or tour voucher number from agent to secure booking. | |
| Private Charter | A charge of no less than 20% deposit is required on confirmation of booking, with balance due 48 hours prior to travel |
CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF DAY
| Day Sailing Trip | Less than 24 hours prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare |
| Private Charter | Less than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare value |
OPERATION DAYS
| Day Sail/Private Charter | 7 days per week with the exception of Xmas Day and scheduled maintenance period |
WEATHER
On very rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances requiring changes to the suggested itinerary. Synergy Reef Sailing reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary for the safety and comfort of its passengers and crew. Should Synergy II not operate for any reason passengers will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
